**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Teaching and Engagement**: Conduct engaging and safe swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children, ensuring a fun and educational experience.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Manage all administrative aspects of the centre, including student registrations, bookings, and record maintenance.
- **Certification Management**: Oversee the certification processes for students, ensuring all requirements are met and documented accurately.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a professional and friendly attitude, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- **Facility Management**: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pool area and centre, adhering to health and safety standards.
- **Operations and Coordination**: Coordinate student schedules, manage bookings, and ensure smooth operations of all daily activities at the centre.
- **Responsible and Fun-Loving**: Bring a positive, energetic presence to the team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules.
- **Child Management**: Confident and capable of managing and engaging with young children effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
