The ASOC operator is responsible for using best practices to identify, analyze, and support all incidents that are impactful or potentially impactful to business, the brand and or employees. The operator plays an integral role in the supporting operational efficiencies and the high performance of the ASOC team. The ASOC operator supports security teams as they prepare for, respond to, and recover from both crisis and non-crisis incidents. This position is responsible for using best practices for communicating information surrounding those incidents to leadership as appropriate.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Act as the ASOC primary POC to address business disruptions, incident response and crisis management in providing general assistance to DC SCR as required.
- If required, assist DC security management whilst working closely with the regional security teams.
- Liaise with SCR to dispatch security officers, ERT, facilities, police, fire, and EMS personnel.
- Communicates and disseminates information, using established communication vehicles, to key partners using best practices.
- Maintain various records of communications and events.
- Use multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information, intelligence, and incidents.
- Informs the regional OCS promptly of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarm, CCTV, or other systems.
