**Position Summary**

As Quotation Specialist your role is to support our Sales Team in various administrative areas by providing sales quotes, aircraft maintenance project updates and other relevant maintenance progress reports. You attend to client complaints, and you will coordinate service recovery efforts with the relevant departments.

**Responsibilities**
- Create quotations and proposals for business/corporate jet maintenance and upgrades in consultation with the respective Sales Manager/Director and Director MRO Operations
- Propose avionics retrofit and upgrade as well as vendor’s protection programs for relevant maintenance projects.
- Follow up with clients to facilitate contract closure.
- Build rapport with new clients and attend to their queries expediently.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up on clients’ feedbacks and provide timely responses.
- Update Sales CRM system timely and accurately.
- Perform relevant research and reviews for upcoming maintenance projects.
- Attend site meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations to assist the Sales Team.
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

**Requirements**:

- Diploma Holder or equivalent, Mechanical/technical apprenticeship in aviation or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related
- Solid customer service skills
- Solid knowledge of quotation processes and procedures.
- Excellent communications, customer service and people skills
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- Good MS office skills
