**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day to day operations of entries posted for IC&OC
- Support hub operation as regional processing centre (RPC) for overseas transaction pertaining to IC&OC
- Liaise with customer & their relationship manager on cases arise
- Daily monitoring of outstanding reconciliation items (RECS)
- Handle phone enquiries from customers/branches/trade desks/business units
- Handle problem bills and miscellaneous duties e.g. sending swift messages to bankers on instructions received from customers
- Pack and archive documents to scan hub
- Able to mitigate risk and control of bill operation matters without much supervision
- Report to officer-in-charge of any irregular or suspicious transactions/entries
- Assist officer in handle problem bills
- Collate data for production report
- Assist officer-in-charge in providing samples for audit/compliance checks

**Job Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal skills
- 2 years relevant trade experience in banking industry is required
- A good team player
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Able to multi-task i.e. will be trained in handling different roles (maker/approver) and trade products
- Good computer knowledge in excel spreadsheet and MS word
