Sherlyn Belle is a premium fashion brand specializing in timeless, high-quality, and sustainable women’s clothing. We frequently host pop-up events in shopping malls across Singapore and are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Event Sales Specialists**.

**Role Overview**

As an **Event Sales Specialist**, you will play a key role in driving sales and creating a positive shopping experience at our pop-up retail events. This includes setting up the booth, engaging customers, and representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with setting up the booth before the event and packing up at the end.
- Approach and interact with customers, providing styling advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales by actively promoting Sherlyn Belle’s clothing collection.
- Keep merchandise neatly displayed and assist with inventory tracking.
- Understand fashion materials and explain fabric choices to customers in an engaging manner.

**Attire**
- Business casual, well-groomed, and presentable.
- Comfortable yet professional clothing suitable for a retail setting.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion retail and a proactive approach to selling.
- Strong customer service skills with confidence in engaging customers.
- Ability to explain fashion trends, materials, and styles in a simple and relatable way.
- Able to commit to **1-2 weeks per event** during shopping mall operating hours.
- Previous sales experience in fashion retail or sales is a plus but not required.
- Willing to travel to different event locations within Singapore.
