Job Description

As a Pre-sales Specialist, you will bring your passion for technology and your desire to make a difference in the way our business operates. You will play a key role in Damstra’s Sales organization and are critical to the deal success. You are the Product and Technical interface for our customers, as an integrated part of our team with deep product and related technology expertise.

You will partner with clients to analyze and define business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope the project deliverables, facilitate product implementations, and leverage our solutions to enhance clients’ business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. At the same time, you will interact with the sales teams as well as product, strategy, and the executive teams providing expertise on product presentations and demos and assisting with closing software deals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify high-value use cases and develop customer-centric solutions, articulating Damstra’s value and technical capability. Partner with clients developing long-term relationships and help develop their technical strategy and roadmap for their protection platform needs.
- Be familiar and knowledgeable with Damstra product suite
- Support potential clients on trials, support Business Development Manager, or do it independently when necessary
- Showcase Damstra’s platform by delivering high-quality presentations, demos, PoCs, and other technical activities that differentiate our technology in ways that are relevant to our customers.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product and competitor landscapes.
- Provide remote support on sales activities in Asia and Australasia

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Studies with a software background.
- Diploma graduates with relevant work experience.
- High proficiency in English and at least one Asian Language
- Right to work in Singapore
- Good with preparing presentation documents and making presentations
