Executive Officer, Customer Experience

We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Customer Experience team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will create personalised creative content across online digital platforms and traditional print media, leveraging on digital tools to reach target audiences effectively.
However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in digital tools or graphic design, we want to talk to you.
**What You'll Do**
- You will work with Customer teams and other key business stakeholders to understand their content goals to produce effective material across multiple platforms in order to deliver quality communications to customers. Scope includes creative outputs including, but not limited to:
- Digital material:
- Website content and interactive experiences
- Digital communication (banner ads, video ads)
- Mobile apps and in-app content
- Digital signages and kiosks
- Point-of-Sales material:
- Printed posters, banners, and standees
- Brochures, leaflets, and product information sheets
- Wobblers, and other in-store displays
- You will assist with the tracking and scheduling of communications material display online and at outlets in order to ensure operational reliability and responsiveness.
- You will undertake new initiatives for the Division, working with the stakeholders, in order to ensure effective communications to target customers and timely delivery of material.
- You will handle administration tasks such as regular housekeeping and backup of artwork files, photo library subscription, routine reporting on communications work, and others as assigned in order to maintain continuity and integrity of the department’s business processes.
**Who You Are**
- You will need a Degree in Graphics Design, Digital Media Design or Communication Design.
- You will need at least 3 years of experience delivering communications across print and digital platforms.
- Experience in responsive web and mobile development/design from digital/advertising agency is an advantage.
- You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) and web and mobile development platforms (e.g. HTML5, Javascript, CSS) and design software (e.g. Dreamweaver).
- You should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You should have a strong portfolio showing works across various software and platforms.
- You will need a solid creative sense, an eye for details, good organisational skills, and be a team player.
