**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement data governance framework, principles, policy, practices and standards
- Contribute actively to drive the strategic data strategy and deliver data regulatory commitments as a member of the Data Governance team
- Translate the data governance policy in actionable procedures and guidelines, roles and responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation and roll-out of the data governance framework and the adherence of the policies and guidelines in projects
- Develop and support implementation of Data Standards, Frameworks and Artifacts related to data domains, data taxonomy, data lineage and data quality management
- Provide consultation to business units, legal and security teams to establish and maintain data policies and standards that enable use-cases and ensure regulatory compliance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics and other related fields
- Significant banking or financial services experience (7~10 years relevant experience)
- Experience with data programs, including Data Governance practices and policies
- Knowledge of BCBS 239 Principles, data governance framework, data sharing framework
- Familiarity with industry standard data architecture discipline or similar, e.g. Data Management Capability Assessment Model (DCAM), the Data Management Association (DAMA) Data Management Framework
- Knowledge of Meta-data Management, Data Lineage, Data Domains and taxonomies, Data Management Methods and relevant tools
- Familiarity with automated data quality management, documentation of Data Sharing Agreements, Data Traceability for Business Intelligence
- Experience with Hadoop data warehouse
