Manager, Software Quality Assurance Management (Edge team)

You will:

- Come with great quality engineering experience with the capacity to lead a high performing team of Quality Support engineers
- Have the passion in developing and supporting the growth of the next generation Quality Support engineers and inspire innovation within the team
- Exposure to work with senior leadership, global and cross functional team to deliver quality solutions, and facilitate meetings which spans across multiple time-zones

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (master’s degree preferred) or relevant experience. At least 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, Automation framework design (desirable) or related experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience in team management/leadership roles. Able to attract, develop, and keep high-quality multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, create and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report results
- Experience building and executing automated scripts or experience with automation tools e.g. Selenium/Webdriver, Cucumber, JUnit, Postman, Java, Golang, C# and or NodeJS. Experience with Atlassian’s suite of products (JIRA, Stash, Confluence, etc.)

Good to have:

- Certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage
- Experience of Dell and VMware products is a plus but not expected. However, you should be eager to learn Dell/VMware products and other related technologies. Knowledge of Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
