Group HR Policy
- Keep abreast of market best practices, regulatory/ legislative changes and manpower climate to assess / anticipate implications to NHG, and review policies as necessary, in consultation with stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to Site HR to ensure compliance with Group Policies, based on the intent and guiding principles of the policies.

Strategic Workforce Planning
- Assist in building strong and harmonious relationship with the Union to drive collaboration and initiatives aligned to NHG’s people agenda, manage grievance handling and resolve disputes in an amicable manner.
- Review, analyse and make recommendations on CA terms and participate in negotiations with Union on Collective Agreement (CA) renewals, and other union related matters.

Others: Contribute in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities at the Group HR level as required

**Job Requirements**

Education/Training/Experience
- Min Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent
- At least 8-10 years relevant HR experience
- Experienced in leading a team
- Well-versed in local employment laws and regulations.
- Past experience in HRIS project and implementation will be advantageous.
