**About the Role**
We are looking for a skilled **Fish Cutter** to join our food processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, filleting, and preparing fish for distribution, while ensuring quality, food safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met. This is a permanent **night shift position**, working **Tuesdays to Sundays, from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM**.
**Key ResponsibilitiesFish Processing**
- Cut, fillet, and portion fish based on customer specifications.
- Remove bones, skin, and scales with mínimal waste.
- Process various fish species per supervisor instructions.
**Equipment Handling**
- Safely operate knives, saws, and filleting machines.
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment regularly to ensure safety and efficiency.
**Quality Assurance**
- Inspect fish for quality, freshness, and defects prior to processing.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols during all stages of handling.
**Packaging & Storage**
- Pack processed fish in appropriate containers for delivery.
- Store fish properly using refrigeration or freezing methods to maintain freshness.
**Health & Safety**
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.
**Inventory Support**
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or surpluses.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
**Other Duties**
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
