Job Requirements
- Experienced investment analyst with min 7 years of expertise in Asian equity research
- Established, rigorous and thorough investment process that encompasses both quantitative and qualitative elements.
- Self-starter with a desire to contribute to team’s performance, who sources ideas actively rather than waiting to be pushed and has a strong sense of ownership of research coverage.
- Genuine passion for unearthing trades, high energy and a curiosity for the investment world. A strong desire for mastery in the field and to see one’s ideas implemented in the portfolio.
- Strong courage in analytical convictions and ability to communicate well with PMs combined with a proven ability to learn from losing trades/missed opportunities and implement those learnings going forward.
- Strong network and relationships across the industry will be a plus.
- High levels of integrity, strong working ethics, excellent interpersonal skills and keen desire to take one’s career to the next level.
