Manage day-to-day transactional buying activities to ensure goods, materials and services meet its standard, quality, timing to ensure no supply disruptions
- Initiate cost reduction program for material costs at appropriate interval
- Drive the Supply Chain development and sourcing activities
(in cross-functional teams) with the focus on localizing material supply for production and reduce cost and lead time
- Responsible for overall suppliers’ contract management including negotiation of new contract, renewal contracts and ensure full compliance of contract management
- Monitoring market dynamics that impact materials/services availability and/or pricing and provide resolutions to the site with detail impact analysis.
- Ensure Site Purchasing and Procurement SOPs are established and updated timely and aligned with HQ Purchasing and Procurement Guidelines.
- Accountable for monitoring compliance and adherence of SOPs at the site level including pricing maintenance, users access right to various procurement platforms, credit term, purchase order term and conditions, approval of purchases etc.
- Maintain and further develop a KPI system to monitor the performance of the purchasing activities and foster digitization of procurement processes
- Initiate and drive process improvements to optimize procurement processes and work flow
- Ensure strict compliance to all corporate policies and guidelines
**Qualification and Job Requirement**
- Bachelor's Degree: Procurement, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field required;
- 10-15 years of working experience in a purchasing or procurement function in a contract manufacturing environment
- More than 5 years of management experience
- Management skills, tools and techniques which ensures a strategic, profit and resulted oriented handling
- Human relations skills (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in a multi-national environment
- Strong supervisory and leadership capability with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Process minded with strong analytical skills
- Adaptability to a fast-changing environment
- Able to work independently and under time pressure
- Possess good attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, flexible and adaptable to changes positively
- Good knowledge in MS Office tools and ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Working experience in Vietnam or emerging market would be an advantage
- Understanding of systems and processes, establishing and building, and motivating new teams at operational and international level

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
