Contribute to the recurring fair market value process of Novo Holdings
- Prepare valuation documentation for financial reporting and audit purposes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather necessary data and inputs for valuations.
- Assist with any valuation-related inquiries from auditors, providing the necessary documentation.
- Communicate valuation results and insights to relevant stakeholders, addressing any data inquiries, and providing clear explanations to any questions.
- Provide input to the Valuation Committee
- Deliver high-quality support to investment teams on valuation matters
- Support the investments team in preparing valuations for decision-making purposes.
- Review internal and external financial models and valuations, including challenge of key assumptions.
- Estimate weighted average return requirements (WACC) in relation to recurring fair value assessments and potential transactions.
- Contribute to development and improvement of the Valuation function
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and valuation best practicesProvide feedback to the Head of Valuation and suggestions of improvements

**Qualifications**
- M.Sc. from a top-tier institution and 2+ years work experience at a top investment bank or financial institution.
- Proficiency in English, Danish and Scandinavian language (in writing and oral) essential in order to translate Valuation and deal team processes and frameworks between headquarter and local entities.Knowledge of Danish and Scandinavian investment landscape for sparring and collaboration between head-quarter, local entities and portfolio companies.
