**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Report directly to the Head Chef to assist closely in executing daily roles & responsibilities.
- Lead and manage all FT/PT BOH team
- Monitor & report inventory, quality & service performance of the restaurant with the help of Assistant/Operations Manager
- Create, maintain & oversee SOPs for operations and constantly look to improve best practices
- Conduct tasting/training sessions for FOH/BOH when required
- Ensure high quality of food & service by focusing on the user journey, experience & satisfaction
- Communicate with Chef on guests’ requirements to maintain close & professional working relationship with FOH at all times
- Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good communications skills - possessing high level of empathy and patient with good listening skills
- Able to multi-task to lead team in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Good understanding of health, safety and food hygiene practices
