Singapore SMART FORTE CONSULTING LLP Full time

Assistant to Sales and Manufacturing team for test socket and probe card products.
- To provide on-site support for our test sockets and probe cards at our customer’s plants.
- To obtain a strong understanding of Semiconductor back end testing (Final Test)
- Good understanding of backend test interfaces (Handler / Tester)
- Understanding customer’s requirements and provide immediate feedback to design/sales team
- Communicate with internal design/manufacturing for any necessary modifications to support customer
- Assist customer to troubleshoot production line issues relating to socket / probe card / pin
- Provide feedback to internal sales and marketing team
- Support evaluation runs at customer sites for new projects / products
- To write a weekly report for activities at customer sites
- Occasional travel is required

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Equivalent
- **Welcome Fresh Graduate**:

- With customer support experience in Semiconductor backend testing / Testers, Handlers will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Work location at **Kallang**:

- Salary $2500 - $3300
