**SUMMARY**:
- To effectively manage allocation of buses promptly by ensuring the Company delivers a safe, punctual and reliable service.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES**:
- Ensure the yard is a safe environment at all times and that vehicles maintain the standards expected.
- Manage the allocations of buses (with particular attention to the bus types) to BCs to ensure they leave the depot on time to commence in service.
- Ensure that the depot parking plan is adhered to in liaison with Engineering.
- Communicate and work with Depot supervisor and SCs.
- Accurate recording of vehicle allocation based on duties.
- Undertake any additional reasonable duties at the request of your DOM.
- Undertake any training and development activities at the request of your DOM.
- Build strong working relationships with the Engineering Team and the SCs to ensure that resources across the business are maximised.
- If necessary, take control of any emergency situations that may arise within the Yard.
- Support the communication with employees as you are their primary garage contact.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, CONDITIONS SPECIFICATIONS**:
- It is essential that you are aware of the Commercial objectives of the business and understand fully how your role can influence those objectives.
- You will need to be competent in operations planning, processes management and resource management.
- It is essential that you have a full understanding of relevant legislation specifically the Road Traffic Act, Workplace Safety & Health Act and the Employment Act.
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Lower Secondary Qualification (preferred)
License/Certification:
