My client is a cryptocurrency platform, offering crypto traders an ultra-fast matching engine, excellent customer service and multilingual community support and providing innovative online spot and derivatives trading services, mining and staking products, as well as API support. They are expanding in global market and increasing headcounts in Singapore as a regional hub.

**Your new role**

As a Data Scientist, you will support the sales teams with insights gained from analysing social and company data and work with global team together.
- Strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations.
- Mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy
- Passionate about discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- someone has 2-6 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models,
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Experience using statistical computer languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Experience working with and creating data architectures.
- Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C++, Java,
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
