**Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,**:

- **Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments**:

- **Explain medical and health screen packages to patients**:

- **Arrange/Booking appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination**:

- **Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures**:

- **Performing simple administrative duties assigned by superior**:

- **Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes**:

- **Top up medications and assist in stock taking as required**:

- **Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, NITEC in any discipline and Diploma holders**:

- **Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.**:

- **Preferably stay in the northeast area.**:

- **5.5 days a week for retail hours on staggered hours (morning, **afternoon **& night shifts). Morning 8.30am-1.00pm. 2pm to 5pm and Evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.**:

- **Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in Healthcare.**:

- **Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)**:

- **Good command of spoken English.**
