**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Regularly review marketing strategy, activities, and performance to assess the effectiveness of current strategies
- Develop new marketing plans from strategy to execution and raise brand awareness to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for Member and Resident Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient and impactful allocation of resources
- **Brand Custodian**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual and messaging elements
- **Team Management**:

- Mentor and develop the marketing team in executing marketing strategies while cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
- Ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing activities
- Provide regular feedback and development opportunities, with regular check-ins with team members
- **Paid Ads Strategy and Vendor Management**:

- Conceptualise and develop a paid ads strategy to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives
- Management of vendors to ensure alignment and to execute the paid advertising strategy effectively

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- At least 5 years of overall working experience in Brand and Marketing
- Have been in a supervisory or managerial role with experience leading a team for at least 3 years.
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills, leadership, prioritisation and communication skills.
- A natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative.
- A 360-degree view of business and can holistically consider the implications to the customer experience should any business needs change.
- You can work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- An aptitude to anticipate any changes
- You can maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
- A high level of strategic and forward-thinking
