- Lead the Change Control Management (CCM) Team who manages the portfolio of client’s requests across business units
- Work closely with clients to identify important requests and business roadmaps
- Forecast and control business demands against available capacity of delivery teams
- Communicate and present overall delivery progress and project costs to clients
- Improve the customer experience, operations and eliminate customer escalation, acting as the single point of contact
- Drive alignment between internal IT team and client for business success and continuity
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the execution of operational requests.
- Influence and shaping delivery solutions to better meet client’s needs
- Monitor delivery progress and ensures business expectations are met
- Ability to self-manage, problem solve, used to difficult situations with an attitude to be successful for the client
- Ensures compliance with company policies and follows ethical standards

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT or Business with experience in customer client engagement and/or account management
- Ability to analyze complex scenarios, develop associated action plans and lead teams to achieve key objectives
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, planning, execution and problem solving
- Ability to effectively address internal/external stakeholders up to the executive levels of the client
- Ability to work collaboratively, influence and negotiate
- Knowledgeable of business flows, systems, and functions in ICT Industry would be advantageous
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized and an analytical and metrics-driven work style
- Possess strong writing, speaking and presentation skills
