Multi Sport Coach

At PACE Academy, you will lead our Multi Sport Programme for an energetic bunch of 3-12 years old. We expose young learners to a diverse range of sports, from basic physical activities to more structured games involving equipment like bats, bows, rackets and other props. We employ differentiated instruction techniques to ensure that every activity meets the needs of each child, regardless of their ability.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible and committed for assignments and training.

**Requirements**:

- Reporting to designated locations punctually, catering about 15 to 30 minutes for preparation and packing of equipment required for lessons.
- Conduct Multi Sport lessons according to curriculum provided, meeting learning objectives.
- Classroom management and differentiate learning activities to meet the needs of young learners.
- Facilitate effective communication and provide continuous feedback to the team and relevant stakeholders regarding young learners' progress and curriculum enhancements to ensure continual improvement for their benefit.
- Abide by SOP set by company in a timely manner eg. attendance, progress reports, equipment management.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education, Sports Sciences or related fields

**Without preferred qualifications**
- Relevant experience (preferably 1 year or more) in any related disciplines, especially teaching 3 to 12 year olds
- No experience in any related disciplines but passionate and have a strong desire to learn and make a difference

*Mandatory training will be provided for all
- Valid First Aid and AED Certificate
- MOE Registered. Otherwise please register with (approval takes 6 to 8 weeks)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in differentiating instructions

- Representative of a school team for sports
- Experience working with special needs children
