**JD for QAQC Assistant**
- Perform incoming, intermediate and final product quality check - physical, sensory and chemical analysis on product
- Compare findings with specifications to ensure conformance
- Ensure operational activities are according to established SOP’s and work instructions
- Assist in pest control and fumigation follow-up including pre-checking and post-checking of stocks
- Assist in regulatory documentation checking, updating and filing
- Assist in internal and external quality audit, check and inspection
- Cross-departmental coordination in product checking and testing
- Issue, compile and track all non-conformance reports, including proposing remedial action for any non-conformance jobs, customer issues and complaints relating to quality
- Liaise with external parties on calibration of equipment and lab testing
- Prepare and check on samples for customers
- Monitor incoming and outgoing containers to third party warehouse
- Arrange for daily collections of products from third party warehouse

**Requirements**:

- No experience needed as training will be provided
- Comfortable with working in a warehouse environment
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in HACCP will be an advantage
