Singapore ANS CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Full time

ANS Construction Pte Ltd，we are sub contractor for LTA Project of Jurong Region Line J103 project,address at Jurong west Ave 2.

We are plan to hire one site engineer,to in charge Bore Piling work of Viaduct at said project.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to Project Manager
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Ensuring site setting out is correct
- Prepare method of statement (MOS) prior to work construction
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Collaborate with CM and Supervisors to ensure the site works carried out accordingly
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site
- Arrange site inspections and preparing RFI, Request for Information and Field Change Request (FCR) with QP (Supervision)
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering
- Coordinating with Purchaser for the delivery of materials
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
- Jointly verify and approved subcontractors' claims with Subcontractor and Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare monthly progress claim with Quantity Surveyor for the monthly submission of Progress Claim to Client
- Attend daily, weekly or monthly meetings with the project team or client

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably those with LTA or Government project working experience

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Familiar with LTA procedure
- Good team player and able to work independently with positive attitude
- MS Project, MS Office
