**Role Summary/Purpose**:

- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the department.
- Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
- Receive and assign dispatch orders.
- Assess situation and prioritize calls.
- Oversee the route and track delivery status of deliveries.
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner.
- Provide reports to upper management.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of emergency processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in mobile phone messengers app.
- Proficient in MS Office with proven experience in data entry.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

**Working hours**
- Wednesday to Sunday 10AM to 8PM
