Building Maintenance Technician

Changi, Singapore Critical Management LLP Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct day to day inspection activities/ checking building wear & tear and defects. To prepared and submit monthly report on inspection finding and equipment life cycle and overhaul plan (if any)
- Maintain a preventative/routine maintenance schedule ensure all facilities operate efficiently and conforms to operating standards.
- To repairs/complaints on building maintenance, electrical services, ACMV, plumbing and sanitary requests of assigned facilities.
- Attends to emergency breakdown maintenance after office hours/public holiday.
- Track and maintain electrical usage record.
- Any other ad hoc duties

**Job Requirements**
- Higher NITEC or NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
- Equal to NITEC which recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology, ACMV or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Facilities, Building/Property Management and Maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience in general building maintenance, repair of Electronic/Electrical/Air-conditioning/ Plumbing & Sanitary
- M&E (Mechanical and Electrical services) knowledge of building mechanical & electrical system (Aircon, Electrical/plumbing)
- Class 3 driving license would be an advantage.

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month
