**Responsibilities**:
Retail Channel Strategy, Planning and Implementation
- Develop and oversee retail strategy (online & offline) for Singapore across all channels to drive business growth for both online and offline channels
- Develop marketing activation plans and drive campaigns across both offline and online retail channels to achieve maximum gains in terms of revenue and profitability and brand exposure
- Work with marketing team to propose marketing plan for new product launches, key brand campaigns and events (e.g., pop-ups, baby fairs).
- Work with digital marketing team to strengthen digital marketing initiatives for ecommerce, including search, FB and IG
- Assess new retail channels and opportunities to drive sales and brand awareness
- Work with brand and partnerships team to roll out collaboration campaign mechanics for offline and online retail channels
- Monitor marketing ROI and promotion efficiency to ensure the best outcomes for any e-commerce marketing spend or trade/marketing support to retail partners
- Manage e-commerce and trade marketing budget to ensure efficient spending to meet marketing objectives
- Mentor and guide other team members to execute channel strategies across all retail channels

Account Management
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key retail partners including department stores, specialty and online stores and marketplaces to influence and drive greater marketing support, visibility and sales
- Identify needs of key partners and strategize negotiation efforts with partners to achieve win-win outcomes
- Collate, analyse and review retail partner or platform sales and other performance metrics regularly to provide recommendations for performance improvement

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding and interest in key drivers of offline and online retail
- Strong commercial sense and in-market execution capability
- Able to analyse numbers and resourceful in finding new ways and approaches
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Experience in a consumer goods company is a plus
- Passion for local homegrown brands
- A good degree in business, marketing or related fields

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
