**Job Requirement
Property Management
- Oversee assigned properties/portfolio to ensure optimum property and performance not limited to tracking of NPI, OPEX and occupancy level
- Review and recommend to management leasing terms with guidance of Limits of Authority (“LOA”) to ensure leases contracted are of favourable terms to the Trust
- Collaborate with Mall Directors (“MDs”) from the assigned malls in identifying and resolving occupancy issues; and recommend to MDs corrective action as needed and follow up action on identified issues
- Review and monitor property capital expenditure
- Monitor Capex against budget, schedule, and coordinate capital movement for capex and/or maintenance requirements
- Review unbudgeted capex and property expenses
- Ensure all capex works proposed are completed in a timely manner by coordinating with the MDs

Reporting
- Prepare of quarterly Board Meeting deck
- Prepare and draft asset operation overview for annual report

Property Risk Management and Compliance Activities
- Ensure all related building permits are renewed in a timely manner
- Compliance with mandated regulatory requirements

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
- Assist to plan and execute sustainability initiatives and strategies
- Support sustainability programs, goals, disclosures, performance and rankings compared with peer companies, with corresponding data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting, industry research, and data management needs
- Assist to gather and draft content for sustainability reports and other communications

**Qualification**
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Real Estate/Real Estate Business/Project & Facilities Management or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
- Travel to Indonesia will be required
