**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct targeted industry research to identify companies that align with the Program’s goals and values.
- Support the onboarding and servicing of partners, including coordination of deliverables, meetings, and communications.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, case studies, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partners, leads, and activities using internal tools (e.g., SalesForce).
- Coordinate meeting logistics, take notes, and follow up on action items as required.
- Able to navigate within a multi-layered organization with minimum supervision.
- Ability to manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to marketing and awareness-building efforts by helping prepare content drafts, event briefs, or collateral.
- Monitor industry news, innovation trends, and competitor activity relevant to program focus areas.
- Provide administrative and operational support across the Program as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, and Sustainability to ensure alignment.
- Adapt to evolving needs and priorities with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with current developments in technology and SaaS business space.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelors degree, diploma in maritime or business administration
- 1-2 years of work experience in the maritime industry is preferable but not required
- Preferably have 1-2 years experience in roles related to partnerships, operations, sustainability, or innovation.
- Familiarity with key industry players, challenges, and sustainability trends in the maritime sector.
- Strong research and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CRM systems eg. Salesforce,Hubspot is a plus.
- A self-starter with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
