- Ability to use sales tools, organize and accurately forecast territory results, provide market intelligence, implement value selling and meet sales objectives
- Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and inform customers of new product introductions.
- Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions
- Builds, monitors and revises lead generation plans.
- Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Build and sustain relationships with key customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively builds business opportunities
- Lead and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
- Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations
- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
**Qualifications**:
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Chemistry or Engineering degree
- 4 - 5 years of relevant sales experience with good knowledge of the Chromatography and Spectroscopy product or in science industry segments such as Life-Science, Environmental, Healthcare and Diagnostics.
- Highly driven with the ability to perform under stress and adhere to strict timelines
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Have Energy, drive sales results, customers oriented and strong teammate is the qualities required.
- Must possess enterprise selling, good interpersonal relationship and communications skills
- Able to formulate sales plans that are consistent with products and strategy
