**What the role is**
- You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time to optimise COVID-19 test operations by the Testing Operations Task Group (TOTG). The jobholder will be an essential member of the Tech & Data team in TOTG, and will be accountable to Assistant Director, Tech & Data for the following.

**What you will be working on**
- 1. Data analytics in support of the management of TOTG.
2. Data reconciliation from multiple sources and verify for completeness and accuracy.
3. Insights from collected data to inform testing strategy and operations for follow-up actions.
4. Review of the data collected by various sources and from the TOCSS and SRS systems.
5. Consolidation of the key data for reporting and building of dashboards as required by TOTG management team.

**What we are looking for**
- 1. Proficiency in data management and information technology, including business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Qliksense.
2. Good understanding of Python coding is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
4. High aptitude in execution of plans and workflows.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Confidence in presenting before small and big audiences that may include leadership team members.
