**Responsibilities**
- Make suggestions for new features or services that would better serve the client's needs.
- Project the cost of insurance claims with accuracy.
- Inquire about auto claims information from the insurance provider.
- Inform your clients while the repair is being made.
- Make regular appointments to aid in your body's recovery from injuries.
- The body and paint department should be in charge of job management and workshop loading.
- Maintain cordial ties with all reliable insurance providers.
**Requirements**:
- DIPLOMA/NITEC in automotive related or equivalent
- Motor Claims experience in automotive / workshop or related experience (not compulsory but preferably)
- Class 3 Driving License
- Good communication and customer service skills
