Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

**You will shine here if you enjoy**
- Assisting with training program event logistics & program communications
- Managing and updating the Learning Management Systems (LMS) & internal platforms
- Preparing and consolidating regular reports on training and learning activitiesPreparing change management briefs to market HR and Retail Teams, working with HR teams across the markets to ensure that launches are consistent across all marketsKey Projects
- Curating the 2026 SEA Learning Guide and supporting Sephora’s Global Learning initiatives

Supporting the phased rollout of Sephora’s retail career guide across the region, creating communications toolkits and playbooks for the Retail Team to reference

**We would love to hear from you if you are/have**
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel. Canva proficiency will be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
