**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to communicate and collaborate with engineers, builders, designers, and architects with confidence
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Produce a bill of quotation from approved designs, as well as handle and manage the project budget
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Work together with designers on site buildability
- Understand construction methods, plans, sequences, and material properties
- Work within the given constraints and limitations of a project
- Plan and strategize for projects ahead of time
- Regular site visits to supervise the work of contractors, and give guidance when necessary
**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Design or similar qualification preferred
- In depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
