In the context of team expansion, Neurones IT Asia is looking for a **Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator **and **this **role is an integral member of the Neurones-IT Global Project Team, managing projects within the client program.

**Major Job Activities**
- Works in partnership with the stakeholders to develop and drive requirements for improvement and development projects.
- Manages project schedules, backlogs and priorities to program management requirements.
- Reviews and reports any product delivery failures or customer issues
- Ensures high customer satisfaction on all support related country team interactions.
- Schedule customer maintenance and support and ensure quality checks have been completed.
- Manages customer interactions by coordinating communication internally and externally with various stakeholders and managing issues to resolution at regional level.
- Manages executive updates, posts incident follow-up, and internal and external communications in a professional manner, instilling confidence and accountability.
- Acts as a point person for the customer and account team on items related to support.

**Skills and requirements**
- 3-4 Years Project management experience in Network project deployments / infrastructure / software development - is desirable
- University Degree in Engineering, Computing or Technology related field
- Prince2 or PMP Certified is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and sometimes after office hours and/or week-ends
- Team player - willing to go the extra mile for project milestones completion
