**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Recommend appropriate hair care products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training and development opportunities
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a salon setting
- Experience with a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for hair and beauty
- Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques
