We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Manager to join our Draw & Result Operations team.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will perform lottery draw, lottery draw video production and sports resulting or settlement duties and dissemination of results successfully in compliance with established procedures and standards.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in operations or video production/editing, we want to talk to you.

**What You'll Do**
- You will perform pre-draw preparation, conduct draw, draw video production and editing.
- You will operate customized lottery stream system and video editing software.
- You will monitor sports matches while they are being played and check and enter the results into relevant system and disseminate results to various platforms.
- You will analyse lottery and sports data.
- You will need to act as the Team Lead during the shift hours you are rostered to.
- You will coordinate and prepare monthly draw duty roster.
- You will assist in filing of documents, updating of resulting data and general administration.
- You will purchase be the department in-house trainer for new staff and new system.
- You will compile data to develop maintenance standards and analysis study.
- You will conduct monthly maintenance for draw equipment, draw balls and production equipment and ensure all equipment are in good working condition.

**Who You Are**
- You will need a bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in video production or editing.
- You will need at least 7-10 years of working experience, with minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You should be able to work independently.
- You should be interested in sports (e.g. football & motor racing) and have knowledge of sports and lottery products.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, vMix, DaVinci Resolve.
- You should have basic data analytics knowledge.
- You should be able to work on weekends and PH and perform shift hours, including night shift.
