We are looking for a creative and experienced Educational Content Designer for Primary Level Math and Science. In this role, you will be primarily designing and refining educational content experiences. You will also be providing insight and guidance in areas such as curriculum development and content creation. You will leverage your expertise in pedagogy, curriculum knowledge and education to create high-quality, effective learning experiences for young learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Experience Design:

- Content Specifications:
Write detailed specifications for designed content experiences to guide content production by content developers. Design and implement rubrics and markers for quality assurance to ensure quality of developed content. Review quality of developed content.
- Pedagogical Guidance:
Provide expert guidance to the content team on best practices in educational content and principles of pedagogy, including effective question design and learning strategies. Ensure content experiences align with curriculum requirements of corresponding countries or ministries.
- Verification Content Development & Improvement:
**Requirements**:

- Creative Mindset: You challenge traditional ways of teaching and learning, to fiercely innovate on learner-centric engaging learning experiences for children.
- User Experience Design: You always put the learner first in designing learning experiences or teaching. You have prior experience in user experience design.
- Pedagogical Expertise: You have an extremely strong understanding of pedagogy, such as in question design, principles of scaffolding, and child psychology. You have prior experience in teaching primary level Math and Science in the classroom setting.
- Content Design Experience: You have proven experience in creative content design, ideally in content creation or materials used in performance marketing. You have prior experience in developing educational content.
- Technical Knowledge: You are knowledgeable in content editing software, such as the Adobe
- Qualifications: Diploma, Degree or higher in Education, preferably in Primary Math and Science. At least 2 years of teaching experience; at least 7 years an advantage.
