Prince’s Landscape is seeking an Drafter. This position reports to Head of IPMS and is to assist the landscape design team in drafting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce accurate drawing according to project requirement (ABC drawings, landscape design and irrigation).
- Create drawings base on contract drawings, Specifications and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with project manager, sales and designer to resolve all related issue
- Prepare shop, construction, detailed drawings for site installation.
- Review and amend drawings as per Architect/consultant comments.
- Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.
- Prepare As built drawings as per site installation and get approval from client.
- Manage and control the records of drawings.
- Print drawings from plotter when required.
- Maintenance of the project drawings and keep record.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in CAD software (Autocad) and photoshop.
- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, AutoCAD drawing or equivalent.
- Able to manage multiple project tasks concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation.
- Able to work independently and diligently under stress and pressure.
- Good communication skills, team player, meticulous, independent and self-motivated.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
