Singapore TIAA Full time

The role will involve analytical, reporting and funds management support as an integral member of the China Outlet Mall team. The individual will also work closely with the wider business teams to ensure day-to-day administration of specific fund products. Essential to the role will be analytical, financial analysis and financial modelling skills.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the China outlet team with financial analysis, reporting and project management support.
- Assist with preparation of internal / external reports & presentations to investors and other stakeholders, including quarterly reporting, ad hoc queries, investment memorandum and presentations to relevant boards etc.
- Provide financial analysis support in the preparation of the regular fund management activities (acquisition / disposition / business planning)
- Assist with transactions including the due diligence process, underwriting preparation and other related activities

**Technical Skills & Qualifications Required**:

- Recognized degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- Previous experience or exposure to real estate transactions and financial modelling preferred
- Proven skills in financial analysis and modelling.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills
