**Job Description / Job Responsibilities**
- Provide acute and chronic care consultations and treatments for all patients.
- Conduct health screenings and reviews.
- Perform minor procedures and treatments, may also be able to perform intricate surgeries for SP doctors.
- Maintain high standards of care duties.
- Ensure timely delivery of patient care duties.
- Perform diagnosis and prescribing of medication according to patient conditions.
- Provide referral to patients if specialist check-ups are required.
- Ensure timely follow up with patients’ conditions and perform return visits when required.
- Ensure up-to-date clinical knowledge.
- Participate in outreach and health promotion programs.
- Provide teleconsultation as well.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized medical degree by Singapore Medical Council.
- Full registration with SMC.
- Possess at least 3 years of past housemanship working experience as a medical officer/surgeon (or equivalent) in the relevant discipline.
- In active clinical practice.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good team player.
