Assistant Manager/deputy Manager, Finance

Group Consolidation
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly consolidation for actual and quarterly forecast
- Assist in Preparation of quarterly consolidation package
- Ensure data submission from business units is complete
- Perform Data Input/upload and extraction
- Run inter-company reconciliation matching
- Run consolidated schedules for submission to HQ
- Review and ensure Group Data are in order before submission to HQ
Management Reporting
- Preparation of Power BI file, schedules for management presentation
- Update quarterly workings for Board presentation slides
System Related
- SAP BPC testing and housekeeping matters
- Work with IT to troubleshoot user issues with consolidation system
Others
- Assist in preparation of financial reports including variance analysis and budget tracking
- Assist in managing and optimizing financial processes and system
- Support both internal and external audit
- Provide support to other ad-hoc Finance project and initiative
JOB REQUIREMENTS
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA or Chartered accountant
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, consolidation or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of financial systems and software, such as SAP, will be preferred
