**About the role**
You will be working in one of the trendiness café with modern decorations and professional environment. As a **Tearista/Counter Crew**, your key role is to take orders, prepare and serve up delicious drinks and/or food to our customers. Working with the rest of the team, you are expected to be friendly, flexible and versatile on the job. You will be working with our Store Manager and your duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare made-to-order beverages such as tea and coffee timely and professionally.
- Take customer orders with patience, friendliness and clearly and cashiering duties.
- Ensure tea bar and the areas around the tea bar are constantly kept clean.
- All equipment used shall be cleaned, kept and well maintained.
- Assist on opening and closing duties.
- Assist on daily stock take.
- Participate in all training programs relevant to the company’s businesses.
- Communicate well and work harmoniously with all team members
- To perform ad hoc runner duties when required.
- Work as a team and assist each other when needed.
**About YOU**
- Experience in latte art and drinks preparation as barista is preferred, but not required.
- Passionate, proactive, outgoing, able to connect with customer and deliver great customer service experience.
- Progressive career objective and motivate to learn and progress.
- Team player, discipline and self-starter.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Has a valid food and safety certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as working in a restaurant/café environment.
- Love spending weekends and holidays with family and friends.
