**Job Description: Behavioural Therapist**

**Location**: Integrated International School (IIS), Singapore
**Position Type**: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

As part of our commitment to inclusive education, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioural Therapist to work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide tailored interventions that promote positive behaviours and skill development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Direct Student Support**
- Individual Therapy Sessions: Conduct one-on-one sessions to help students develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills, ensuring that interventions align with their unique needs.
- Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate small group sessions focused on social interaction, emotional regulation, and classroom readiness.
- In-Class Support: Assist students in navigating the classroom environment, helping them manage behaviours and stay engaged in learning.
- Behaviour Intervention: Implement positive behaviour intervention strategies and individualized behaviour support plans that foster student growth and independence.

**2. Collaboration & Initiative**
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, learning support staff, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioural interventions.
- Proactive Engagement: Show genuine care and initiative by anticipating student and classroom needs, offering support where needed, and stepping in to help colleagues in a kind and collaborative way.
- Student Advocacy: Foster a safe and encouraging space where students feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.

**3. Miscellaneous Responsibilities**
- School Activities: Participate in school events, outings, and extracurricular activities to support students in various social settings.
- Administrative Support: Maintain detailed student progress records and provide timely updates to the learning support team.
- Flexible Contributions: Assist in general school operations and provide support wherever needed to uphold the inclusive and collaborative culture at IIS.

**Requirements**:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
✔ Experience working with children in therapeutic, educational, or behavioural support settings is a plus.
✔ Ability to adapt strategies to suit different learning and behavioural needs.
