**Position Summary**:
The Executive Merchandising Operations is responsible for the tracking of inbound shipments while partnering closely with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and supporting the merchandising team on new season preparation, sample management and sell-in meetings.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Data Management
- Manage & maintain backend Item Master setup for range collection in ERP system
- Consolidation & ensure accuracy of seasonal orders for South APAC accounts.
- Update on drops and order changes
- Responsible for Purchase Order Tracking Management - co-ordinate with APAC SCM team on all Order Issues

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with SCM on all inbound shipment tracking; create and post all POs into ERP system
- Manage Defective Returns Process across internal teams, and with the APAC SCM team

Driving Revenue
- Support Merchandising team on inventory holding a management function
- Assist in seasonal sell-in meetings / Seasonal Sample Management and ad hoc matters
- Support Merchandising team on range/product procurement of ad hoc Marketing & Sales initiatives

Data Analysis
- Assist Merchandising team in seasonal range/sales data analysis for new season preparation

**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:

- Logically thinking, good at analytics and proficiency in Excel required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Meticulous, diligent, and positive working attitude, multi-task and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding & interest in the brand and products.
- Willing to take on new challenges and resolve issues
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and sustainable working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good sense of initiative, follow-up skills and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines

**Education And / Or Experience**:

- ITE or Diploma in Merchandising, Retail Management and/or equivalent related field of education
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of Merchandising or Supply Chain related experience
