**Purpose of the Job**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Issue Purchase Orders to internal & external suppliers in accordance to planning process & reorder points
- Order confirmations & delivery status follow up with suppliers
- Manage Sales Orders from inter-entities to fulfill request delivery dates
- Ensure optimal inventory levels are kept and stock optimization across the chain.
- Shipment tracking for timely update of arrival dates in system
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders on impact and solutions due to material delay or shortages
- Maintain master data parameters in SAP to ensure data accuracy
- Initiate continuous improvement processes in accordance with Grundfos Production System guidelines
- Manage material re-order points, product lead time, forecast sign off with suppliers
- Perform Product Data Management PDM updates to support GSI order process by Sales entities
- Initiate business review with key suppliers based on monthly Perfect Purchase Order results
- Perform all other duties assigned, based on business & operational requirement

**Key Success Factors**
- On Time to Request (OTTR) results to achieve target
- Inventory at Days of Supply to achieve target
- Perfect Purchase Order results to achieve GPS target score

**Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations**

This position reports to GSI2 Supply Chain Manager
- Planning. This position has close working relations with GSI2 Production Planners

This position has regular liaison with Quality, Production, Finance, Warehousing, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, internal & external suppliers, etc.

**Required Minimum Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree relating to Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in material procurement, supply chain, logistics
- Fresh graduates with positive can-do attitude and aptitude to learn will be considered
- Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS is a good to have

**Competencies**
- Ability to multi-task and execute a well-defined purchase plan aligned with business & system processes
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate cross functionally with internal/external suppliers Proactively supporting key business initiatives, process improvement implementation
- Strong customer centricity by going the extra mile for internal and external customers
- Adaptability and flexibility to embrace new processes or changes, seeking multiple solutions for issues.
