- Establishing standards and procedures to ensure products are produced efficiently and effectively
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering replenishment supplies when necessary
- Managing employee performance through coaching and providing feedback to ensure that goals are met
- Preparing reports on supply chain activities to assist management in making effective business decisions
- Analyzing data on customer demand, competitor activity, and labor costs to make informed business decisions
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
- Lead the staff of Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics and Food Safety as well to ensure the operations run smoothly
- Ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Any other task assigned
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in purchasing management in multinational food, Super Retail,
- catering and other food industries;
- Equipped with professional knowledge related to food science and food production, and be
- familiar with food production management business and process;
- Ability to work in global companies as a team player while being independent and proactive
- as liaising with HQs in China and HK is required;
- Have critical, logical thinking and analytical skills to identify problems;
- Possess speaking, teamwork, ability to lead change and manage projects;
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills to establish good relationships
- with both internal and external parties;
- Have a challenging spirit and a positive attitude as a professional change and problemsolving;
- Proficient in Microsoft skills.
