**You will be pivotal in ensuring high quality, robust and responsible AI/statistical models in the Group.**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Support the Chapter Lead Responsible AI and CoE Lead to**:

- **Developing Agentic Gen-AI evaluation Python packages**:

- **Automating model validation using LLM/Agents.**:

- **Creating Agents, with a focus on Evaluation Agents.**:

- **Automating the Monitoring Framework in AWS.**:

- **Developing Adversarial Testing methods.**:

- **Independently validating AI/Gen-AI models to ensure compliance with relevant Group policies and procedures.**:

- **Mentoring junior team members.**:

- **Collaborating with the wider data science community.**:

- **Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.**:
**Essential Skills**:

- **8+ years of relevant experience in data science (Model Validation/Development), with a significant portion preferably gained in Banking and Finance.**:

- **Solid foundation in Statistics and core Machine Learning algorithms.**:

- **Experience with machine learning techniques and advanced analytics, including regression, classification, clustering etc.**:

- **Proficiency with Python, PySpark etc.**:

- **Experience in Large Language Models (LLM) and building RAG pipelines/Agents.**:

- **Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS) to leverage distributed computing and scalability.**:

- **Good communication, influencing, and mentoring skills with a strong inclination towards high ownership and commitment.**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.**:
