**Our esteemed client, a globally recognized MNC, is searching for a Production Planning Officer**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with sales, logistic and production division to meet customer delivery request
- Ensure optimum inventory control by conversion & substitution to prevent obsolete inventory
- Collaboration with customer on order cancellation & sales return processing and treatment
- Identify problems and opportunities for business process improvement solution at ground level tasks
- Negotiate with Production planner to arrange production input in order to meet customer urgent delivery requests.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in relevant studies
- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
- Positive attitude in challenging work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Aspire to achieve high level of individual performance along with a desire to serve the customers
