**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and support microservice-based architecture to enable scalability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable code and develop comprehensive **unit and integration tests**.
- Participate in system integration, software testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate in Agile teams to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Provide production support and proactively resolve system issues.
- Continuously learn new technologies and development best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science**, Information Systems, or related field.
- Solid experience in backend development using **Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, REST, and JSON**.
- Familiar with **microservices architecture**and best practices.
- Experience with **Kafka, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ**, or other messaging systems.
- Strong knowledge of **relational databases**(Oracle, MS SQL).
- Comfortable in **Linux/Unix environments**with basic shell command proficiency.
- Familiar with tools like **Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, Maven, and SonarQube**.
- Experience with **JUnit**or other unit testing frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively or independently.
- Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
